1. Steam quality hazard
The ideal production and manufacturing standard factors in the process of granulation are: proper moisture content of raw materials, excellent steam quality and sufficient aging time, and proper application of dry saturated steam granulation can reasonably improve the production capacity of dry roll granulator and the quality of granular materials.
2. Avoid the actual impact of aging treatment

The actual effect of aging treatment of raw materials before granulation is very important, because it immediately endangers the output and particle quality of plastic mechanical granulator, and the reliability of special aquatic product bait in water is also a key index value.
3. Harm of die roll gap
There is a large gap between the die rolls, which makes the material layer between the die rolls too thick and unevenly distributed, and the roll is easy to flow down. If the extrusion pressure of the die roller to the raw material is lower than the friction resistance of the die cavity to the raw material, the raw material will not be extruded, thus blocking the machine. In order to reduce the blockage of the plastic machinery, the gap between the die rollers is adjusted in the production process. When adjusting, the roller and the ring mold should be close to each other, and rotate the roller and the ring mold.
